HINATA is the Japanese restaurant of the hotel Le Mirador Resort & Spa, freshly opened in July 2017. The name of the restaurant means "Sunny place", and is the perfect résumé for this restaurant full of light and its panoramic terrace. 

Take place in a brand new décor made especially to make you travel to the land of the rising sun. Our sushi master and his team are looking forward to making you discover or rediscover one of the world’s best gastronomy.
